(My character lives out of area so he basically is forced to work there).
I work at this day care for anyone who basically wears diapers. One problem though, we the workers must wear and use (pretending not to know when we poop or pee) so the kids don't get upset. All clothes must show the blue strip of the diaper so we had to wear skirts.
1St Day.
At the job I got dressed which felt good some how. I got assigned to the 4-6 year old's. It was nap time and I went to sleep with them and had my face under a blanket. I woke up to a 4 and 5 year old looking up my skirt arguing about if the staff are really not potty trained.
I had to pee bad but I knew the rules so I let go. Both of their faces turned white. One of them said "well there's our answer". The alarm clock went off. One of the kids was making fun of me and the others for wetting. So I put him on time out and the day went on.
Day 2:
The kid I punished brought a large cup with water. It was nap time and the kid offered me the water. I drank it all (I realized it had laxative in it but I pretended not to know). 30 minutes in to nap time the darn kid pushed on my stomach.
The loudest fart I have ever heard and then hissing. My diaper was so full I could not put my legs together. The whole group woke up and they looked up my skirt. I pretended to wake up. They all said "ewww". The day went on like norm.
Day 3:
I got asked to go as a kid being diaper punished to cheer up a kid who was sad. She was 15 years old. I had to get her out of her shell. They dressed me up and said remember to try and use the toilet at all cost even though you will have a diaper lock on, and stay on task.
The diaper lock was made of cloth and had a transparent'ish area where the blue strip would be. They threw me in with 2 other kids and my objective. We all had just a big diaper and a diaper lock on. I sat next to her. 30 minutes later I had to go 1 and 2 bad.
